Cancellation Policy

At Sohil Sartan Bhai Bhatti Leathers & Fabrics, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. We understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel your order. Please read our cancellation policy below for details:

Cancellation Period:

Customers can cancel their orders within 5 days of placing the order without incurring any penalties.

Cancellation Process:

  • To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team through our website’s contact form, email, or by calling our customer service number.
  • Provide your order number and the reason for cancellation.

Post 5-Day Cancellation:

  • If you wish to cancel your order after the initial 5-day period, a cancellation fee of 10% of the product value will apply.
  • This fee covers the costs incurred in processing and handling your order.

Refunds:

  • For cancellations made within the 5-day period, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • For cancellations made after 5 days, the refund will be processed minus the 10% cancellation fee.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation approval.

Non-Cancellable Items:

  • Certain custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.
  • If a product is ineligible for cancellation, it will also be non-refundable.

Order Modifications:

  • If you wish to modify your order (e.g., change the size, color, or type of product), please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
  • Order modifications are subject to product availability and may not be possible after certain stages of order processing.
